It is interesting to see they ask that you apply a ‘Team Philosophy’ this year, I guess this is a new feature also.
My question to you is when you go to create your tactic will you be using this philosophy?
I also noticed that the team owner has come out and told you to ignore the media reports, I don’t think this happened in FM2012.
I look forward to reading your reports on TFM and TFM+ sites (you should placed your TFM+ items on your Facebook feed also) this way people that follow your posts can get the complete story w/ extras.
